For over 30 years, Chino Valley Medical Center has worked hard to provide our community with the latest and most up-to-date medical education. Come and join us to gain a better understanding on how to live with Diabetes. CVMC offers FREE Diabetes Education Classes for English and Spanish speakers. Our Registered Nurses will teach and help you understand how to read your blood-sugar levels, create a meal plan, help you understand your prescription medications and more. English classes are on the 4th Wednesday of each month. Spanish classes are held on the 2nd Wednesday of each month. We hope to see you here! planning is and complete an advance directive.
Also, learn to manage your health through better understanding of your
insurance benefits and the community resources available to you.
What is an Advance Directive?
A legal document of a person’s wishes about their medical treatment
if they are no longer able to make decisions for themselves because of
illness or incapacity. Make your wishes known by completing an Advance
Directive.
