On January 7th, 2015, Chino Valley Medical Center held a luncheon to celebrate the employees
who reached a milestone year of service.
Chino Valley Medical Center is the proud home to hundreds of employees
where we strongly believe that each individual employee contributes to
the success of CVMC. We are both proud and honored to have such a talented
and dedicated staff.
In 2014, CVMC had 58 employees who were recognized ranging from five to
forty years of service. Among those recognized were Dr. James Lally, Chief
Medical Officer, for 10 years of service with Prime Healthcare (with CVMC
for 25 years) and Stella Yazell, recognized for forty years of service
Stella Yazell started with CVMC in 1974 as a Dietary Aid. In 1978 she was
moved over to Materials Management as a Distribution Clerk and later worked
her way up to Regional Manager of Materials over Chino Valley Medical
Center, Montclair Hospital Medical Center, San Dimas Community Hospital
and Glendora Community Hospital.
When Stella was asked to reflect on why she loves working at CVMC, this
is what she had to say: "My family has been in Chino since the early
1900's, so I have a lot of history here. It's great to work at
the facility where I grew up at," said Stella Yazell. "CVMC
is such a family orientated facility; I'm extremely thankful for my
CVMC is extremely proud to recognize the time and commitment of its employees,
thank you all for your service!
