01-29-2015

On January 7th, 2015, Chino Valley Medical Center held a luncheon to celebrate the employees who reached a milestone year of service.

Chino Valley Medical Center is the proud home to hundreds of employees where we strongly believe that each individual employee contributes to the success of CVMC. We are both proud and honored to have such a talented and dedicated staff.

In 2014, CVMC had 58 employees who were recognized ranging from five to forty years of service. Among those recognized were Dr. James Lally, Chief Medical Officer, for 10 years of service with Prime Healthcare (with CVMC for 25 years) and Stella Yazell, recognized for forty years of service with CVMC.

Stella Yazell started with CVMC in 1974 as a Dietary Aid. In 1978 she was moved over to Materials Management as a Distribution Clerk and later worked her way up to Regional Manager of Materials over Chino Valley Medical Center, Montclair Hospital Medical Center, San Dimas Community Hospital and Glendora Community Hospital.

When Stella was asked to reflect on why she loves working at CVMC, this is what she had to say: "My family has been in Chino since the early 1900's, so I have a lot of history here. It's great to work at the facility where I grew up at," said Stella Yazell. "CVMC is such a family orientated facility; I'm extremely thankful for my years here."

CVMC is extremely proud to recognize the time and commitment of its employees, thank you all for your service!
